2. Entry is open to Australian Resident Females aged 16 and over.
3. No one should enter the draw more than once.
4. Apranik Fashion reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who subverts or attempts to subvert the entry process or who submits an entry not in accordance with these terms & conditions.
5. The “Registration/Customer Record Update” associated with the draw commences at 5 pm WA time on 3rd April 2011 and closes at 5 pm WA time on 29 April. Four+Three randomly selected respondents will be drawn on 31 April 2011 at Apranik Fashion.
6. Prize is not transferable and cannot be taken as cash.
7. Apranik will not be held responsible for the loss, theft or damage to any prize after it has been awarded, or for any issues or inconveniences that results directly or indirectly from this promotion.
8. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond Apranik’s control which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the promotion, Apranik reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
